Real Estate Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contacting and following up with new prospective clients and creating new business opportunities.

• Convert prospects into customers by showcasing suitable residential properties matching investment or residential

requirements.

• Plan effective sales approaches and pitches.

• Handle end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties using company-provided data and marketing leads.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Cold calling for primary property sales when required.

• Achieve assigned sales targets as defined by the organization.

• Attend developer meetings and channel partner orientations as required.

• Participate in negotiation meetings with buyers and sellers.

Requirements & Skills

• 3 – 5 years of experience in the real estate sales field.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations (preferred).

• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and local language is an advantage.

• Strong customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills.

• High energy level with aggression, enthusiasm, and confidence.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

Graduate from any discipline is preferred with relevant real estate sales experience.
