Job Description

The role is to effectively represent, and promote the interests of the firm with a view to adding long-term value to the Firm. Having regard to its role, the firm directs, and supervises the management of the business and affairs of the firm including, in particular: ● Generating clients leads to buy, sell, and rent a property. ● Tele-Calling the generated leads, share options and schedule a visit to properties of their interest. ● Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers. ● Regular follow-ups with leads to close deals. ● Get the referrals from existing customers. ● Inputting all daily data in the ERP/CRM system. ● Get into the field to generate leads, gather new properties and maintain contact with everyone to discuss future business prospects. ● Preparing documents for each real estate transaction whenever required. ● Maintain and update listings of available properties.
