Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Pre-Sales Executive to handle incoming inquiries, understand client requirements, share suitable property options, schedule site visits, and maintain consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp leads & online inquiries
  • Understand client needs (budget, location, BHK preference, timeline)
  • Share appropriate property options from our inventory
  • Coordinate & schedule site visits with clients and sales team
  • Maintain regular follow-ups until the deal progresses
  • Update all lead information and follow-up status in the CRM
  • Support the sales team with client coordination and communication

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English)
  • Confident, polite, and customer-focused
  • Ability to manage multiple leads at once
  • Good knowledge of Ahmedabad real estate (preferred)
  • Basic computer & WhatsApp skills
  • Prior pre-sales/tele-calling experience is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
