Cold calling for sales of Primary properties.Achieving written down sales targets by the organization.JOB DESCRIPTION:The role involves showcasing and advising clients to invest in various residential projects of Tier 1 developers. This involves clients management he/she need to get in touch with the clients which company provided leads and suggest the properties which suits their requirement. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a sales orientation. . On successful completion of six months in the role, they will assigned Area Manager profile to manage a team of 6 advisors The variable pay / Incentives: Start at 15,000 INR per month (potential 1, 20, 000 per annum)Incentive increases Based on Performance Strong communication skills for effective telecalling and negotiation.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Opportunity Creation: Should be responsible for creating an Opportunity out of the leads generated by the Central processing team (Bangalore Prop) and should be proactive in generating leads for potential clients through referrals.6. Customer Relationship Management: Should be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. This includes responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and providing regular updates on the Builders projects.7. Sales Process Management: Should be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generated to closing the transactions. This includes conducting site visits, giving presentations at project location or at customers place, Cross Selling, Negotiating and Closing and assisting the transactions as per the clients requirement.8. Sales Target Achievement: Should be responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.9. Market Research and Analysis: Should be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients, competitor strategies, and emerging trends in the real estate market.10. Reporting and Analysis: Should be responsible for preparing regular reports on sales performance, including forecasting, revenue analysis, and pipeline management.11. Coordination with Internal Teams: Should works closely with internal teams such as MIS team, accounts, and reporting manager to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver a positive customer experience. Overall, should play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for a company.12. Set clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.13. Develop and implement strategies to generate sales, attract new clients, and expand the company's customer base.14. Provide guidance and support to team members in prospecting, negotiating, and closing real deals.15. Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.16. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure seamless communication with customers & the clients throughout the sales process.17. Identify training needs and organize skill enhancement programs for team members, including sales techniques, market knowledge, and legal/regulatory updates.18. Mentor and coach individual team members, providing guidance on sales strategies, client management, and professional growth.Preferred candidate profile1- 1-6 Yrs of Related Domain Experience; which is Real Estate Sales / Residential Sales2- Escorting customers to the project site.3- Should be humble and possess Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals.4- Should be ambitious and self-Motivated in Sales / Marketing / Business Development / Client Relations.5- Should take High level of passion and ownership.6- Language Proficiency: English / any regional language.7- Must have Two-Wheeler with proper RT documents.Perks and benefitsPerformance Incentives and Travel Allowances shall be borne by the company
