Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in real estate sales, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales and market penetration.
• Identify and build relationships with prospective clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews for the team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the Nagpur real estate market is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
