Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Benaulim, Goa
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are a growing real estate company based in Goa, specializing in premium residential and commercial projects. Our focus is on delivering exceptional client experiences, from the first inquiry to the final handover.

Role Overview

The Pre-Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for understanding their needs, providing detailed project information, and nurturing leads until they are ready for handover to the sales team. This role combines client engagement, lead management, and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Handling: Respond to incoming leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport, understand client requirements, and provide accurate information about projects.
  • Project Knowledge: Stay updated on project details, pricing, amenities, legal documentation, and construction progress.
  • Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into site visits.
  • Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and coordinate property visits with the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and conversations in the CRM system.
  • Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly lead status reports and performance updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Konkani and Hindi are an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
