Real Estate Sales Consultant

As a Sales Executive at Zenvistas, your primary responsibility will be managing and qualifying leads generated by the marketing team. You will be required to conduct professional and persuasive site visits and project presentations to potential clients. Building strong rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and handling objections with skill are crucial aspects of this role. You will need to effectively articulate the unique value proposition of Zenvistas, with a focus on design, wellness, and investment potential. Negotiating and closing sales agreements to meet monthly and quarterly targets will be a key part of your job. Collaboration with the Customer Delight team is essential to ensure a seamless handover post-booking. It is important for you to stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities to enhance your sales strategies. For campus hiring, we are looking for candidates with an MBA in Marketing/Sales or a Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA) who have a passion for sales. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required, with fluency in English and Tamil being essential.
