Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies that increase property visibility, attract potential buyers/renters, and enhance the company's brand presence across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Administrative Support:

• Assist with routine documentation tasks such as cheque submissions and registry-related work.
• Conduct regular visits to banks, registrars, and other relevant offices to ensure timely submission and collection of official documents.
• Maintain organized records of documentation and ensure compliance with required protocols.

Lead Generation & Social Media Outreach:

• Identify and engage potential clients using various social networking platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
• Share marketing content, respond to inquiries, and build a pipeline of prospective leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve visibility and engagement through social channels.

Client Site Visits & Relationship Management:

• Conduct client visits to project or service sites as needed to ensure a smooth onboarding and delivery experience.
• Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Take ownership of client satisfaction from initial contact to final service delivery, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

* 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

* Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media scheduling tools.

* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva is a plus.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: Minimum 3 years required and if from similar domain that would be beneficial

Language: English, Hindi
