Job Description

Job Overview:

The Real Estate Manager will oversee the company’s real estate portfolio, including acquisition, leasing, development, property management, and disposition of assets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing commercial and/or residential properties, negotiating real estate transactions, and leading cross-functional teams to optimize asset performance and portfolio growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Portfolio Management:

Manage and optimize the performance of existing real estate assets, ensuring maximum return on investment and alignment with organizational goals.


Acquisitions & Disposals:

  • Identify potential acquisition opportunities, conduct due diligence, prepare financial models, and manage transaction execution.
  • Oversee the sale or disposal of underperforming or non-strategic properties.


Leasing & Tenant Relations:

  • Negotiate and administer lease agreements; maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.


Financial Oversight:

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for real estate assets.
  • Monitor market trends and assess the financial impact of potential investments.


Project Development:

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants for new developments, renovations, or property improvements.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.


Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all real estate activities comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.


Team Leadership:

  • Supervise property managers, brokers, and other real estate professionals.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior staff.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) and external partners (brokers, developers, agencies) to execute real estate strategies.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in real estate management, investment, or development.
  • Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing practices, and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience managing complex transactions and multi-asset portfolios.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, real estate management software, and financial analysis tools.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in both commercial and residential real estate.
  • Background in project management and property development.
  • Exposure to sustainability or ESG initiatives in real estate.
