The Real Estate Lead Generation Associate will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying potential customers for various real estate projects. The role demands prior experience in sales or real estate within the BPO industry, along with excellent communication abilities.

Key Tasks

Initiate outbound calls to prospects for real estate project promotions.
Develop interest and generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and status updates.
Ensure high productivity and meet performance benchmarks consistently.
Coordinate with internal teams to support conversions.

Candidate Profile
