React Native Developer

• We are looking for a talented and experienced React Native Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development.
• You'll join a fast-growing prop-tech startup to help us build high-performance mobile apps in the real estate domain.
• You’ll work on advanced features like map-based property search, real-time chat, media uploads, and API integrations, and also mentor junior developers by guiding them through technical challenges and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable React Native apps for Android & iOS
• Implement advanced mobile UI components, navigation, and animations
• Work with REST/GraphQL APIs and manage state using Redux/Zustand
• Handle media uploads, map SDKs (Google Maps / Mapbox), and offline storage
• Debug and resolve build/configuration issues with Android Studio, Xcode, and Gradle
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams in agile sprints
• Guide and mentor junior developers and interns
• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests to ensure app quality
• Monitor app performance and crashes using Firebase, Sentry, etc.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of React Native development experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript & TypeScript
• Experience with React Navigation, Redux, Zustand, React Query
• Hands-on with Android Studio, Xcode, Gradle, and native module integration (Kotlin/Swift)
• Working knowledge of performance profiling and optimization
• Knowledge of app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Good understanding of app debugging, emulator issues, and build configurations
• Experience with API integration, form handling, and reusable component design
• Exposure to Expo (bare workflow) or React Native CLI

Location: Chennai

Education:

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA/Bsc(CS)/MCA in Computer Science OR equivalent experience with a solid portfolio/GitHub
