Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled React Front-end Developer to join our startup and play a key role in developing our flagship software product. You will be responsible for designing and implementing, interactive user interfaces that are integral to our product’s success. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the incubation team and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• ReactJS

  : Design and develop user interfaces using React.js and related libraries (e.g., React Router, Zustand, redux).

• Product Development:

  Collaborate with our product team and designers to understand product requirements and translate them into high-quality, maintainable code. Drive the development of features and functionalities that enhance the overall user experience.

• Architecture & Design:

  Architect and implement scalable solutions using React and React Flow. Ensure the application is robust, performant, and can handle future growth and feature additions.

• Code Quality:

  Maintain high standards for code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. Continuously refactor and optimize code to improve performance and maintainability.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with a small, agile team of developers, designers, and stakeholders. Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and supporting the professional growth of your peers.

• Innovation:

  Stay on the cutting edge of technology by exploring new tools, techniques, and trends related to React and React Flow. Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve our product and development processes.

• Problem-Solving:

  Identify and address complex technical challenges, troubleshooting issues as they arise and providing solutions that keep our development on track.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 to 3 years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React.js.

• Technical Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in React.js, including advanced concepts such as Hooks, Context API, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/Typescript concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML, Tailwind CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Proficiency in component-based architecture for building reusable and maintainable UI.
• Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Zustand, Redux).

• Soft Skills:

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Attitude to research to find solutions when problems occur.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment.

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of other visualization libraries or frameworks (e.g., D3.js).
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
