Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our expansion into the USA market . You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals in the digital solutions space. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the USA. Identify and pursue sales leads via cold outreach, email, LinkedIn, networking, and events. Understand client needs and offer tailored digital solutions (Web, Mobile, CRM, E-commerce). Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses. Build long-term relationships with C-level executives, founders, and decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, project management) to ensure successful onboarding. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain an up-to-date CRM and report on pipeline and conversions. Requirements: 3 - 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development for IT/Tech services. Strong understanding of the US market, especially in digital transformation or SaaS. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and research abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
