Senior React Front-End Developer

You will join Aventisia, an innovative startup dedicated to revolutionizing the AI and Automation space with cutting-edge software solutions. As a Senior React Front-end Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing interactive user interfaces for our flagship product. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing user interfaces using React.js and related libraries, collaborating with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality, maintainable code. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable solutions using React and React Flow, ensuring the application's robustness, performance, and ability to accommodate future growth and feature additions. Maintaining high code quality standards through testing, reviews, and best practices, as well as fostering a collaborative environment within the development team are also key aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React.js. Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), as well as experience with version control systems (Git) and state management tools (e.g., Zustand, Redux) are essential technical skills required. Additionally, exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment are valuable soft skills for this role. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, knowledge of other visualization libraries or frameworks (e.g., D3.js), and an understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
