Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an R&D Engineer (LED Light) located in Ahmedabad. The R&D Engineer will be responsible for developing new LED lighting products,

Testing Lab Management

Testing of LED Modules, Using Goniophotometer

Safety and performance test on LED Modules as per IS/IES standards.

Knowledge of Photometry Standards IES LM79, IS 16106, Safety Standards IS 16102, IEC 60598, IS 10322, IS 15885, IS 11000, IS 8913, IS 14700, RDSO.

Assist in testing lab management as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

• Assist in new Equipment installation, Verification of Equipment, Make work instruction of Equipment.

• Calculate Measurement Uncertainty.

• Intermediate & Replicate Test Check.

• Maintaining Technical Reports and Documents of Relevant Projects.

• Calibration & Preventive Maintenance of Equipment.

• Prioritize projects in testing & compliance and ensure progress towards completion.

• Manage and monitoring of testing equipment

Qualifications

• 1+ Years of experience in LED lights
• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including Product Development
• Proficiency in Testing and data analysis
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the lighting industry is a plus
