• Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Assist in the design and documentation of key project deliverables.

• Communicate outputs, documentation, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and potential risks, providing informed recommendations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of operational risk concepts and financial institution processes.

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, tailoring outputs for various stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) methodologies and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in control testing and risk mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of risk and compliance processes within financial services.
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and identify operational risk trends.
• Knowledge of compliance audits and regulatory requirements (nice-to-have).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
