RBHU Analytics - Project Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Salesforce implementation project from initiation to go-live, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client, Salesforce implementation partner, and internal teams.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design validation, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and report updates to client and senior management.
• Ensure change management and adoption plans are executed effectively.
• Coordinate with Salesforce consultants, developers, and administrators for smooth delivery.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2+ years managing Salesforce or similar CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and preferably Agentforce (AI-powered capabilities).
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments, including vendors, business users, and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Preferred : Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
