We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as Manager - Accounts & Tax. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key & Financial Reporting

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with IND AS.
Ensure timely closing of books of accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Preparation and review financial statements and MIS reports as per the requirement.
Ensuring accounting compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and other relevant laws and
Cashflow, Budgeting and Other reporting Manage direct and indirect tax compliances (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
Ensure timely filing of returns, advance tax payments, and assessments.
Handle tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and coordination with consultants.
Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the business and leading the team.

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory qualification.
Minimum 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and taxation.
Sound knowledge of IND AS, GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act.

Key Skills

Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
