Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify new clients and business opportunities in the rail freight sector. Conduct cold calls, site visits, and presentations to secure new business. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare and present customized rail logistics proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales. Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Recommend pricing strategies and service offerings based on market intelligence. Coordination & Support: Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Resolve customer issues related to delivery, pricing, or documentation. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
