Requirements:


2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to boost campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and run A/B tests for ads and landing pages to maximize conversions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, generating actionable, data-driven insights to improve ROI.
  • Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and optimize spend for maximum returns.
  • Enhance marketing funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to produce compelling ad creatives.
  • Prepare and present media plans for both new and ongoing client campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
