Paid Media Specialist / Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Own end-to-end campaign management: audience research, keyword targeting, ad creation, bid strategy, and performance tracking.
• Analyze campaign data to provide insights, improve ROI, and scale budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and ad-tech innovations.
• Prepare performance reports for internal teams and clients with clear KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to maximize results.
• Experiment with A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization.

🔹 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Flipkart Ads) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver ROI-driven results.
• Google/META certifications will be an added advantage.
