About Kidology


Kidology is a fast-scaling D2C kids’ lifestyle and toy brand built at the intersection of creativity, fun, and functionality. With rapid adoption in the Q-Commerce space, we’re on a mission to make our bestselling products available instantly at customers’ doorsteps through platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves speed, numbers, creativity, and the non-stop hustle of a fast-growing D2C startup.


Key Responsibilities


1. Growth & Strategy Ownership

  • Drive end-to-end growth across Q-commerce platforms with strategies focused on visibility, conversions, and revenue.
  • Identify category opportunities and build action plans to dominate top search positions.


2. Listing & Visibility Optimization

  • Own product listings—titles, keywords, descriptions, SEO, creatives, and pricing strategies.
  • Continuously optimize listings to improve CTR, ranking, and conversion rates.


3. Campaign & Offer Execution

  • Plan and run platform-specific campaigns, ads, and offers aligned with monthly revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with platform teams for visibility boosters, special slots, and growth partnerships.


4. Data-Driven Performance Management

  • Analyze sales trends, CTR, impressions, fill-rate, and repeat rates to identify growth levers.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards with action-oriented insights for leadership.


5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with design & marketing teams to create platform-specific banners, product creatives, and communication.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock alignment for high-demand SKUs and avoid stock-outs during campaigns.


6. Competition Monitoring

  • Track competitor pricing, visibility, catalog strength, new launches, and category whitespace.
  • Build strategies to stay ahead and capture unmet customer demand.


What we're Looking for:


  • 1–3 years of experience in Q-Commerce or E-Commerce growth roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and insights.
  • Someone who thrives in a startup environment, takes ownership, and drives outcomes.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to experiment, test, optimize, and scale.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work across teams and platforms.
