We are seeking a hands-on

Quick Commerce Executive (Growth & Operations)

to manage and scale performance for portfolio brands across leading quick commerce platforms. This role blends growth, operations, catalog execution, and advertising to drive revenue, improve visibility, ensure availability, and enhance contribution margins.You will serve as the day-to-day owner of quick commerce performance, collaborating closely with platform teams, brand stakeholders, and internal functions to deliver consistent growth and operational excellence.

  • Revenue Growth & Business Scaling
  • Drive GMV growth across quick commerce platforms through assortment expansion, visibility optimization, and promotion execution.
  • Track daily performance at city, store, and SKU levels; identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Improve category penetration and support scaling of new product launches across platforms.
  • Ensure high availability and in-stock performance by coordinating with supply chain teams and dark-store operations.
  • Monitor and optimize key operational metrics including fill rate, OOS%, cancellations, and order delays.
  • Support replenishment planning, PO coordination, and inventory movement across warehouses and dark stores.
  • Own end-to-end SKU listing execution across platforms, including product titles, descriptions, images, pack sizes, pricing, and tax details.
  • Ensure accurate category mapping, attributes, and discoverability.
  • Conduct regular catalog audits to maintain compliance and improve conversion.
  • Optimize pricing, packs, and bundles aligned with platform norms and consumer behavior.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize platform ad campaigns, including sponsored listings, search boosts, and event-based placements.
  • Allocate and manage ad budgets across SKUs, cities, and stores.
  • Track and improve key ad KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, share of voice, and ranking impact.
  • Build insights and recommend scaling or optimization actions.
  • Coordinate with platform teams to lock promotions, banners, and visibility placements.
  • Support negotiations related to merchandising slots, ad rates, commissions, and promotional funding.
  • Track platform commitments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Prepare weekly performance dashboards covering revenue, top SKUs, ad performance, and availability metrics.
  • Generate city and store-level insights with clear action plans.
  • Support weekly and monthly business reviews with data-driven recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • 1-3 years of experience managing or supporting brands on quick commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of quick commerce mechanics, including rankings, visibility, conversion levers, and store-level operations.
  • Hands-on experience with catalog management, ad execution, and performance reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, dashboards).
  • High ownership, execution-first mindset, and ability to work at speed.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience working with platform category managers or key account teams.
  • Exposure to multiple FMCG categories such as food, beverages, personal care, or snacks.
  • Experience launching new SKUs or onboarding new brands on quick commerce platforms.
  • Agency or consulting experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.

Key KPIs You'll Own

  • GMV and revenue growth (MoM) by platform, city, and store.
  • Availability metrics including fill rate, OOS%, and cancellation rate.
  • Discoverability, rank improvement, and share of voice.
  • Advertising performance: ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR by SKU.
  • Promotion execution effectiveness and contribution margin improvement.
