Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor with procurement experience to oversee the financial, contractual, and procurement aspects of our ultra-luxury residential interior projects. This position requires deep expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and sourcing bespoke materials, finishes, and furnishings. The ideal candidate will work closely with design, project management, and site teams to ensure quality, cost control, and timely delivery of exceptional interior solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Quantity Surveying

    :
  • Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) based on interior design drawings and specifications.
  • Analyse design intent and material specifications to generate accurate cost estimates for all phases of the project.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans for client approvals.
  • Monitor project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective measures to maintain budget discipline.
  • Prepare and manage cost reports and final accounts.
  • Vendor Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international vendors, artisans, and suppliers for high-end materials, custom furnishings, and specialty finishes.
  • Maintain a curated database of premium suppliers, including niche luxury vendors and bespoke manufacturers.
  • Procurement & Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement a procurement plan aligned with the project timeline and budget.
  • Source and procure ultra-premium materials, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), lighting, finishes, and custom items from local and international vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and contracts while maintaining the quality standards expected in high-end interiors.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including BOQs, procurement logs, vendor databases, and contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with design, finance, site, and project management teams for seamless execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on budget utilization, procurement status, and risks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in high-end residential interior projects or luxury hospitality environments.

·       Proven track record in both cost management and procurement operations.

·       Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and communication skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and QS tools.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.


Preferred:

  • Experience working with interior designers, architects, and project managers in high-budget environments.
  • Existing relationships with luxury vendors, interior suppliers
