Job Description

The Senior Designer should have 15+ years of experience in designing innovative and functional interiors for corporate offices. They will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with clients, and overseeing all aspects of interior design from concept to completion Key Responsibilities Lead and manage corporate interior projects from conceptualization to design development. Develop innovative and functional design solutions that align with client requirements and brand identity. Prepare space planning, layouts, and detailed design documentation. Oversee material selection, finishes, and furniture planning. Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and team members. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies in interior design. Key Requirements: Graduate degree from a recognized institution. 15+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on corporate offices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software. Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and aesthetics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in coordinating with clients, and consultants. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and workplace trends is a plus.
