Job Description

Position Title: MEP BIM coordinator Location – Bangalore Expr – 4 to 7yrs Education - Bachelor of Mechanical / Civil Domain – Architecture Design Notice Period – Immediate / 15days / 30days/serving Notice period. Must have Skills – Revit/ AutoCAD / BIM Modeler /MEP / M S Office Roles and Responsibilities · Create detailed MEP services modelling and Coordination using Revit MEP latest software. · Understand different services drawings, layouts, sections and Design Markups. · MEP coordination for all the areas of the projects including plant rooms , corridors etc. · Responsible for reviewing the modelling quality, Coordination as per agreed BEP of the project, helping BIM team to resolve the clashes and technical issues. · To train the team members on Revit software · Should Hold graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering with professional certification in BIM. · Should have domain knowledge of all the MEP services. · Knowledge of Automation in Revit will be an added advantage · Good communication and presentation skill · Strong Knowledge of LOD deliverables , BS 8536 and ISO 1965012. · Able to handle the team on different projects Mail to - [email protected] Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
