Position Overview: The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing processes, specifically in cleanroom partition panel and fire door production. This role demands a keen understanding of manufacturing processes, a strong background in sheet metal industries, and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, focused on precision, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes for the manufacturing of cleanroom partition panels and fire doors.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues during the manufacturing process.
• Create and analyze reports on product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis for any product defects or quality deviations and drive corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality, reduce defects, and increase overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and R&D, to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO, UL, and fire safety regulations relevant to cleanroom and fire door manufacturing.
• Manage customer complaints and warranty claims related to product quality, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Train production staff and operators on quality standards and best practices.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection records, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in the sheet metal or manufacturing industry, preferably in cleanroom partition panels or fire door production.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control techniques, industry standards (ISO, UL), and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Familiarity with statistical quality control (SQC) methods and tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D, etc.).
• Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
