Quality Manager

Job Description

Job brief: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quality Manager with a strong background in welding and powder coating to ensure the highest quality standards in our steel fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with welding and powder coating standards. You will work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and maintain product integrity throughout the fabrication process. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems for welding and powder coating processes. Conduct regular inspections and tests on welded joints and coated surfaces to ensure compliance with quality standards. Ensure all welding and coating work meets industry regulations, customer specifications, and safety standards. Identify areas for improvement in welding and powder coating operations and work with production teams to implement corrective actions. Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, quality reports, and non-conformities related to welding and coating. Lead training sessions for staff on quality standards and best practices for welding and powder coating techniques. Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw materials (e.g., welding consumables, powders) meet required quality specifications.
