Handle international inbound/outbound calls professionally. Resolve customer queries regarding products, services, or technical issues. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer requests. Document call details and maintain customer records. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
