Position Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Manager with proven experience in the construction and interior fit-out industry. The role demands expertise in ensuring the highest standards of design quality, construction quality, planning accuracy, and timely delivery across multiple projects. The Quality Manager will be the custodian of processes, standards, and compliance, ensuring every project aligns with our brand promise of precision and luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, and monitor quality management systems (QMS) for design-build-interior projects.
• Review architectural and interior design outputs to ensure technical accuracy, build ability, and compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and time management systems to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct periodic quality audits at design, construction, and fit-out stages.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards for civil, MEP, joinery, finishes, and interior installations.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality across design, procurement, execution, and handover.
• Track and analyze project deviations in time, cost, or quality; recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and Site Engineers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Review material submittals, shop drawings, mock-ups, and final finishes for approval.
• Train and guide project/site teams on quality best practices and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports for management and clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in reputed construction / design-build / interior contracting organizations.
• Strong background in luxury residential interiors, villa projects, and high-end fit-outs.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC processes, and project management frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and quality reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
