Job Title: Customer Facilitation Executive Department : Sales & Client Engagement Location : MADURAI Reporting To : Director / Managing Director Qualification : MBA in Marketing / B. Arch/ BE(Civil) Experience : 1-3 Y, Fresher with exceptional communication skills may also apply Gender Preference : Female candidates preferred Industry : Design, Build & Interior Solutions Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Management & Coordination o Receive and organize prospective client details forwarded by the sales and digital marketing teams (especially via social media platforms). o Maintain an updated database of potential leads and ensure timely follow-up. 2. Client Communication o Initiate and conduct professional, persuasive telephonic conversations with highend clients (HNIs and UHNIs) to explain the company’s Design, Build & Interior services. o Clarify techno-commercial queries and position the brand’s value proposition effectively. o Build client trust and interest by addressing their aspirations, concerns, and expectations tactfully. 3. Meeting Facilitation o Coordinate and schedule meetings between interested clients and the Director/Managing Director. o Ensure pre-meeting briefs and follow-ups are executed with precision. 4. Conversion Support o Track progress of leads through the business funnel—from inquiry to conversion. o Assist in creating a seamless experience that enhances client confidence and leads to business acquisition. 5. Client Experience Management o Serve as the first point of contact and ensure a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. o Maintain excellent client relations throughout the pre-sales process. Required Skills & Attributes:  Excellent communication skills in TAMIL & English.  Strong understanding of customer service and sales coordination.  Confident, articulate, and polished telephone etiquette.  Professional and pleasing personality suitable for dealing with high-profile clients.  Ability to understand and explain basic design and commercial terms.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  Tech-savvy: Should be comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. Preferred Candidate Profile:  Female candidates with MBA in Marketing.  Previous experience in client servicing, tele-sales, or hospitality/front office roles is a plus.  Should have a passion for luxury lifestyle, home interiors, or real estate sectors. Remuneration: As per industry standards with performance-based incentives. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
