Qualifications: Graduated from Textile or Industrial Engineering departments Minimum 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, quality, and workshop performance management systems Proficient in workshop and line setup in multi - category product categories, with the competence to decide on producing the right product in the right workshop Skilled in risk assessment, capable of anticipating and directing potential or existing defects in garment production Strong communication skills Customer- and result-oriented Able to build performance- and success-oriented teams Possesses an analytical and strategic perspective Job Description: Establishing quality standards in line with local legal regulations and LC Waikiki’s social compliance standards, with the aim of delivering products of the required quality for target customers in the responsible product groups Reviewing and evaluating products left from the inspection process from the consumer’s perspective, and making decisions on whether to proceed with commercial shipment or repair Ensuring that for models given commercial approval, customer returns are monitored and necessary actions are taken regarding commercial approval processes Preparing reports and conducting risk assessments for improvement areas related to commercially approved models, and holding feedback meetings with relevant departments Coordinating with Buyers or Garment Technologists in cases where commercial decision-making on models requires such evaluation, and ensuring that the commercial decision is finalized within the targeted dates and timelines

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum 6 years of related work experience Fluent spoken & written English is must Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of different product groups is required Having a disciplined approach to process controls Good communication skills with internal and external customers Proactive, dynamic and self-motivated Having no obstacle to travel Job Definition: Carry out supplier and team audits at appropriate budgets, on time, and in accordance with the LCW expectations of the products, and to support their development Ensure necessary mockup is to be prepared, tested and approved prior to bulk process when needed Ensure trims, accessories inventoried, inspected and record kept by the factory Asses the production risks before bulk started, sample and pattern evaluation and take necessary actions Ensure approval of samples are always available in front of line and all technical information available in the factory Build factory team performance/ improvement and warehouse return analysis Record Inline measurements (before and after) properly and check humidity periodically
