Job Description

Oversee and manage the quality assurance and quality control processes across all production lines.
Develop and implement quality management systems and ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and other relevant food safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and evaluations of raw materials, in-process products, and final goods.
Manage documentation and maintain detailed reports of quality performance, deviations, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with production, R&D, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
Train production staff and floor workers on hygiene, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and SOPs.
Handle customer complaints and implement quality improvement plans.
Ensure traceability of products and maintain records in accordance with food safety regulations.
Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies.
