Quality Manager

A Quality Manager in the automotive industry is responsible for ensuring that all products, components, and processes meet the required quality standards and customer expectations. They oversee quality control processes, drive continuous improvement, manage quality-related risks, and maintain high standards throughout the manufacturing process. This involves a deep understanding of audits, and customer-specific requirements, as well as strong knowledge of Quality Core Tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control Management:Implementing and maintaining quality control objectives and coordinating them with other managers.
• Process Improvement:Analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective and preventative actions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Supplier Management:Ensuring incoming materials and components meet quality requirements and collaborating with suppliers on quality-related issues.
• Customer Satisfaction:Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to quality, and ensuring vehicles meet customer expectations for quality, reliability, and safety.
• Team Leadership:Training, mentoring, and building ownership of the Quality Management System among team members.
• Compliance:Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards, and customer-specific requirements.
• Risk Management:Identifying and mitigating quality-related risks throughout the production process.
• Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related documentation.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Deep understanding quality management systems .
• Experience with OEM audits and customer-specific requirements .
• Strong knowledge of Quality Core Tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills .
• Ability to train, mentor, and build cross-functional QMS ownership .
• Experience in the automotive industry is crucial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,892.16 - ₹51,742.63 per month
