Job Description

We are hiring sales executive for Reeshav Automobile car showroom. Seeking candidate who will responsible for selling vehicles and achieving sales targets by understanding customer needs, demonstrating vehicle features, and negotiating sales deals. They play a crucial role in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the dealership. Expertia AIKey Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and presenting vehicle features and benefits.
  • Sales Process: Conducting test drives, negotiating prices, facilitating financing options, and preparing necessary paperwork.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle models, features, and promotions.
  • Relationship Management: Following up with potential customers, addressing concerns, and building rapport to foster repeat business.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall sales goals of the dealership.
  • Collaboration: Working with other team members, including sales managers, finance personnel, and marketing staff, to align sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Market Awareness: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide informed guidance.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented to create a welcoming environment for customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and build rapport with customers.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of vehicle features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and negotiate sales deals effectively.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum educational requirement, with some dealerships preferring an Associate's degree in a related field.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, is often preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,636.82 - ₹30,023.27 per month
