Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager located in New Delhi. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality control and quality assurance within the manufacturing process. Daily tasks include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting regular inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and addressing any quality issues. The Quality Manager will also work closely with other departments to promote continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system ISO-9001:2015, IATF-16949:2016, ISO-14001:2015 & OHSAS-18001:2007 to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of quality control processes, product performance, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products to identify deviations and non-conformities, and initiate corrective measures as needed.
• Oversee the documentation of quality control procedures, inspection protocols, and testing methodologies to ensure consistency and accuracy in quality assessment.
• Work closely with customers to address any quality-related concerns, provide technical support, and ensure that their requirements are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with external regulatory bodies and certification organizations to ensure the company's compliance with industry-specific standards and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; 
• Proven experience (20+ years) in a quality management role within the fasteners manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of fasteners manufacturing processes and materials.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering products of the highest quality.
