The hospital complex spans 15 acres and includes a medical and research institute, a hostel, and a dharmsala for those in need. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily quality assurance operations, implementing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting audits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves training staff on quality standards, compiling quality reports, and working closely with medical and administrative teams to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

Experience with Quality Management Systems, Audits, and Inspections
Thorough understanding of Healthcare Regulations and Compliance
Proven skills in Training and Staff Development
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with medical and administrative teams
Experience in hospital or healthcare settings is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or related field
Certification in Quality Management or related field is preferred
