Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Mangaluru. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and control processes within the hospital. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring compliance with healthcare regulations, implementing quality improvement initiatives, conducting audits and inspections, and ensuring that all healthcare services provided meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The Quality Manager will also work closely with clinical and administrative staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations and Compliance
Skills in Audit and Inspection Processes
Ability to Implement Quality Improvement Initiatives
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with clinical and administrative staff
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field
Certification from a recognized quality management body is a plus
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is beneficial
