Quality Manager

You will be joining Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute Ltd. as a full-time Quality Manager based in Mangaluru. Your primary role will involve ensuring the highest standards of healthcare quality and safety within the facility. This includes overseeing clinical practices, conducting audits, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around monitoring and evaluating various aspects of healthcare quality to promote a culture of excellence in patient care. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of healthcare quality management, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Experience in conducting audits, performance evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives will be crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with various teams within the hospital. Ideally, you should hold a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or a related field. Certification in healthcare quality or patient safety would be advantageous. Prior management experience in a hospital setting will also be beneficial for this role.
