Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at GYPDRIVE in Dera Bassi. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within the company. The role will involve conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining candidate relationships to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Qualifications Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills Experience in sourcing and screening candidates Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of industry best practices in recruitment Experience using recruitment software and tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Experience: 6 months - 2 years Location: Lalru-Handesra Road, Vill.
