Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015.
• Monitor and control quality parameters during fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly.
• Oversee quality of SS welding (TIG/MIG/Arc), polishing, and finishing.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Review and manage WPS/PQR, MTCs, quality records, NCRs, and audit reports.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and other relevant standards.
• Guide and train team members, inspectors, and shop-floor staff on quality practices.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and third-party inspectors for quality audits and approvals.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of Stainless Steel fabrication & welding processes.
• Familiar with welding inspections, NDT methods (DPT, RT, UT, MPI).
• Proficiency in quality documentation, audit preparation, and compliance.
• Understanding of drawings, GD&T, and inspection tools.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required:

• 4–7 years in a quality role within fabrication/manufacturing industry (preferably SS fabrication).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
