Job Description

As a Quality Management System (QMS) overseer in this full-time role, you will be responsible for reporting on quality metrics, identifying safe working environment protocols, and developing root cause and corrective action plans. Your duties will also include establishing standard operating procedures, showcasing analytical skills, and ensuring the organization and management of activities related to receiving, in-process, and outgoing quality functions. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints and implement necessary corrective action plans. Knowledge of handling ISO & IATF audits, as well as BIS Certification, will be essential in this role.
