Experience & Qualification: Masters / Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Material Science, or Plastics Engineering . 10-15 years of experience in polymer material research, selection, and processing . Expertise in polymer chemistry, material characterization, and processing technologies. Leadership experience in managing R&D teams and driving innovation . Familiarity with plastic manufacturing techniques (injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming) . Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, RoHS, REACH) and sustainability trends. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills .
