What We Expect

• Manage stage and final inspections for new installations as per regional guidelines.
• Drive a “First Time Right” culture.
• Work on common safety and quality issues for quick resolution.
• Implement and monitor PCI/MPCI/FI tasks according to plan.
• Conduct initiatives and training sessions to improve service and new installation quality.
• Implement 6S in the field.
• Analyze and resolve field issues.
• Timely reporting of serious incidents as per protocol/guidelines.
• Conduct RCA / 8D analysis of incidents as required.
• Audit sick/high call rate units.
• Audit units in service and reduce critical and safety nonconformities.
• Handle customer complaints at regional level with the regional team.
  

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Experience 12 to 15 years at least 10 years of experience in quality management within the elevator and escalator industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and inspection protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
