Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in the East Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of ensuring high-quality products and services.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure consistency and reliability.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and metrics to measure quality performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide training and coaching to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in engineering or business administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 9001:2015.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working with ERP systems is an added advantage.
