Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality System Management:
• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and customer expectations.
• Ensure all quality processes align with regulatory and safety standards.
• Product Quality Assurance:
• Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure product quality meets design specifications and customer expectations.
• Investigate product failures or defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Process Improvement:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve production efficiency.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain all quality documentation, including inspection reports, test records, audit results, and non-conformance reports.
• Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management.
• Supplier Quality Management:
• Evaluate and audit suppliers for compliance with quality standards.
• Work with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and train the quality control/assurance team.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness across all departments.
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality management within the plastic household product manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of plastic production processes (especially injection/blow molding).
• Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 5 Why, Pareto Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality standards.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
