Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager at Peloton, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive QA strategy tailored to enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce, and Mobile apps. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining QA standards, processes, and best practices in line with Peloton's high-quality benchmarks. Additionally, you will design and oversee test plans and cases, ensuring meticulous execution within project timelines. Your responsibilities will include driving test automation initiatives to optimize efficiency and scalability, identifying and implementing appropriate tools and frameworks for automation, and monitoring bug tracking and defect management systems to resolve issues promptly. You will generate and analyze reports to highlight quality trends and improvements, collaborate closely with development and functional teams, and develop robust performance testing plans to ensure system scalability, reliability, and resilience. As a Quality Manager, you will ensure adherence to industry compliance standards and best practices, oversee security testing to identify vulnerabilities, and protect sensitive data. You will continuously evaluate and refine QA processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency, as well as stay updated with emerging QA technologies and methodologies to drive innovation. In addition to the technical aspects of the role, as a Quality Manager at Peloton, you will also be involved in activities such as ensuring developers" onboarding is completed properly, providing feedback on specifications, clarifying doubts, and resolving specific issues during development. You will collaborate with the Tech Manager to ensure documentation is organized and all information and tasks in Jira are correctly entered and updated. You will also discuss deadlines, identify bottlenecks, address non-compliance items, and update COE leadership on project progress and potential issues identified. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a total of 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance. You should have a proven track record as a QA Manager in IT consulting or enterprise application environments for more than 3 years, hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Salesforce, and Mobile app development, strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, familiarity with compliance and security standards, experience with performance testing strategies and tools, exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
