As a part of our team in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in building the future of on-demand robotics logistics solutions. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards. - Manage document creation, approval, revision, distribution, and archiving. - Prepare technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality testing in coordination with the design team. - Generate QMS performance reports (nonconformities, audit results, metrics, trends) for management reviews. - Ensure that controlled documents are current, accessible, and properly versioned. - Manage JIRA tickets for Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation. **Requirements:** - Hands-on experience with Quality Systems (ISO9001:2015, etc). - Excellent document management and organizational skills. - Strong communication skills. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work well in a cross-functional team. - Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA software, and PowerPoint. - Experience in report preparation and presentation. - Process-oriented mindset. **Good to Have:** - Background in Mechanical or Electronics engineering with experience on the shop floor in a quality function. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). **Company Details:** Unbox Robotics, founded in 2019, is backed by marquee investors and angels.
