Required Skills

Essential Skills:

ASPICE 3.1/4.0 and/or CMMI process implementation in projects
Knowledge of project life cycles (e.g., V-Model, Agile/Scrum)
Process adherence monitoring and reporting of non-compliances
Process/project data collection, metrics derivation, and analysis
Root cause analysis
Hands-on experience with configuration management (CM) systems and defect/issue tracking tools

Preferred Knowledge Areas:

Familiarity with one or more programming languages
Understanding of software quality factors and measurement
Knowledge of functional safety processes
QMS process definition

Tool Knowledge (Preferred):

Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Configuration management and defect/issue tracking tools

Other Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
