Quality Leader

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the quality operations at the plant, focusing on receipt quality, manufacturing quality including product quality, process quality, process capability implementation, and straight pass compliance. Additionally, you will support and manage pre-service issues at OEMs, drive customer quality and product quality for the Fluid Dynamics Business, monitor and control warranty costs, and manage third-party inspections. Key Responsibilities: - Develop talent and learning strategies for the Quality Organization within the Fluid Dynamics Business Unit. - Manage internal and external IMS audits as per the annual schedule, coordinating with certifying agencies such as TUV, ABS QE, etc. - Ensure IMS compliance across all KOEL manufacturing plants for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 standards. - Oversee the development, maintenance, and certification of quality management systems and act as the company expert on certifications. - Provide tools for internal audit and assessment programs, facilitate shared audit findings and corrective actions across units. - Develop a functional learning strategy encompassing experiential learning, networking, associations, and formal training. - Collaborate with process owners and excellence leaders to prioritize continuous improvement efforts. - Analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs), collaborate on improvement plans, and drive operational efficiencies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering). - Prior experience in quality operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) and quality management systems. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proven ability to analyze KPIs, develop improvement plans, and drive operational efficiencies. - Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) would be advantageous.,
